A nice detailed almost high relief for this type example 25mm bronze coin( SESTERTIUS ??) of Philip I ( Marcus Junius Philipus also known as Philip the Arab ) 244 - 249 AD , reverse has Moesia with lion and bull either side and AN VIII in exergue , 15.6g in weight
